Minnesota

MINNESOTA

Minnesota is a federal state located in the midwestern United States. The capital is St. Paul, and this city, together with the city of Minneapolis, is called the Twin Cities, because they are separated only by a river and are often seen as one city. Most of the cities where our students can work are smaller places, where students will be able to get to know American culture in the right way and feel the American spirit and tradition. Just some of the cities where we have employers in this state are:

1. Detroit Lakes
2. Bloomington
3. Two Harbors
4. Beaver Bay

Betty’s Pies, Two Harbors

Two Harbor is a small town located on the shores of Lake Superior and has only about 4,000 inhabitants. This is a great opportunity for students who do not want to be in big cities, but prefer a more pleasant atmosphere of small towns. There are 5 city parks in the city.
Employer Betty’s Pies is an employer that has been in business since 1956. Although they are now best known for the pies they make, they first started selling coffee and donuts to local fishermen and then introduced sandwiches and burgers to me. Only later did they start selling pies.
Students can work in a variety of positions, and the employer provides accommodation to all students at a cost of just $ 63 per week.
