What is a Job Fair


On the job fair which is organized by Work and Travel GROUP, there are live interviews with your future employers from America (owners/managers of the restaurants, hotels etc.)

For employers, that is the best opportunity to meet their future employees and explain to them what are their expectations, and for students it is an opportunity to get to know in detail all demands before departure to the USA and to be safe when it comes to their future job and stay in the USA.

The selection for the job fairs by the program organizers/employers is done on the basis of CV, English language test and mark given due to the conversation skills of English language. After that, employers/organizers select candidates and call them to certain job fairs which they consider to be compatible with their demands (each candidate will be invited to at least one job fair).

At the job fair based on the CV and through a direct interview, employers and sponsors choose those students that they think will best fit for job and offer them work contract (contract).
